  1. Add apricot liqueur to glass.
  2. Pour in the vodka.
  3. Add shot of apricot juice.
  4. Stir in the soda water.
  5. Top glass with ice cubes.

Apricotade is dainty medium cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 45ml apricot liqueur and 15ml vodka with 30ml apricot juice as well as 80ml soda water including 130ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add apricot liqueur to glass then pour in the vodka and add shot of apricot juice. Stir in the soda water and top glass with ice cubes and served in a highball glass cold.
