Apricot Drink is beguiling mild cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml apricot liqueur and 30ml apricot juice with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently stir well.
