Apricot Crush is gorgeous strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy apricot dekuyper and 15ml rum light white rhum agricole with 20ml orange juice as well as 10ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Strain into glass over ice and garnish with dried apricot and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
