Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Pour in liqueur juice and syrup.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Fill glas with soda water.

Apricot Classic is light in flavour cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy apricot and 30ml lemon juice with 10ml grenadine as well as 220ml syphon seltzer including 50ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just add ice to shaker then pour in liqueur juice and syrup and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and fill glas with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
