Apricot Beer Collins is reviving medium cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin haymans and 30ml apricot liqueur rothman and winter with 30ml apricot juice as well as 200ml beer brew hefeweizen and best with lunch. Just pour gin into glass then add in apricot liqueur and add splash of lemon juice. Top glass with wheat beer and served in a highball glass cold.
