Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add ice to mixing glass.
  3. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.

Appollo One is lovely super strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy apple lairds lightning and 15ml orange liqueur gran gala with 15ml pimms no1 as well as 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
