  1. Add ice into glass.
  2. Add bitters to the edge of glass.
  3. Add applejack to glass.
  4. Top with soda water.

Applejack Highball is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml applejack and 60ml soda water with 10ml bitters as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add applejack to glass. Top with soda water and garnish with wedge of lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
