Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Pour into glass over ice.

Ginger Liqueur - Ginger liqueur is made by distilling the root of Zingiber officinale into a tart liqueur with sharp taste.

Cognac Merlet VSOP - Merlet VSOP Cognac Gilles and his sons selected and blended eaux de vie from different regions of the cognac appellation to ensure consistent quality. The eaux de vie were aged for at least four years and is a Very Special Old Pale.

Apple Cider - Apple cider is an unfiltered unsweetened non alcoholic beverage made from apples.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Built with 15ml ginger liqueur and 15ml cognac merlet vsop with 25ml apple cider as well as 10ml lemon juice including 25ml soda water also 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
