Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Apple Jack Fix is delightful very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml applejack and 15ml pineapple syrup with 15ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
