Apologetic is amheuthun quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml port wine white and 30ml anise liqueur legendre with 20ml water hot and had with cheese style dishes. Just warm serving glass and add hot water then pour in the anise liqueur and layer in the port wine and serve with cheese and bread and served in a liqueur glass warm.
