Apfelstrudel is yum yum full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka shimiin arkhi and 30ml honey liqueur krupnikas with 60ml sparkling wine white sweet as well as 30ml apple juice including 20ml vanilla syrup also 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to goblet glass then add vodka and honey liqueur and pour in apple juice. Add vanilla syrup and pour in sparkling white wine and stir a little and served in a goblet glass cold.
