Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Pour into glass over ice.

Brandy Apricot - Apricot Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling apricots into a liquor or Eau de Vie distilled from fermented apricot juice or a liqueur made from apricot flesh and kernels.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Anu is scrummy average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml brandy apricot and 15ml orange liqueur with 15ml vermouth dry as well as 15ml lemon juice including 40ml lemon soda also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
