Anticlockwise is refreshing watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 30ml sunquat and 30ml sugar palm with 230ml water and served with or for breakfast. Just thin slice sunquat and add to glass then muddle in the palm sugar and stir in the water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
