Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Strain into glass.

Sherry - Sherry is a fortified wine made from white grapes.

Vermouth - Vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine delicate and balanced crisp refreshing drink flavoured with various botanicals and essences of herbs and spices.

Anticipation is savoury quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml sherry and 30ml vermouth with 15ml absinthe as well as 15ml water gum including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
