Anocracy is heavenly average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml papaya liqueur vitae spirits and 30ml papaya juice with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
