  1. Warm serving glass.
  2. Drop cooked prawn into glass.
  3. Add shot of soju to glass.
  4. Stir in the prawn consomme.
  5. Sprinkle lemongrass salt on top.

Annam is delicieux diluted cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml soju kai lemongrass and 220ml consomme prawn and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm serving glass then drop cooked prawn into glass and add shot of soju to glass. Stir in the prawn consomme and sprinkle lemongrass salt on top and served in a coffee glass warm.
