Ankang is savoury standard cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml baijiu shede and 15ml pomelo juice with 105ml tea yellow and good with afternoon tea. Just warm serving glass then brew light yellow tea and add baijiu to glass. Pour in the light yellow tea and stir in the lemon juice to taste and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
