Method - Poured - Cold

Add the ice to a tall glass.
Pour in the anise liqueur.
Top glass with soda water.
Sprinkle toasted anises on top.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Anise Flavour Alcohol is saftig light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml anise liqueur and 70ml soda water with 190ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add the ice to a tall glass then pour in the anise liqueur and top glass with soda water and sprinkle toasted anises on top and served in a highball glass cold.
