Method - Poured - Cold

Add the ice into glass.
Pour in the gin.
Pour in the soda water.
Top glass with apple cider.
Garnish with apple.

Gin Dry - Dry gin flavour is from juniper berries and other flavounrs and always has very little sweetness to taste.

Apple Cider - Apple cider is an unfiltered unsweetened non alcoholic beverage made from apples.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Anika is savoury full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin dry and 30ml apple cider with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add the ice into glass then pour in the gin and pour in the soda water. Top glass with apple cider and garnish with apple and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
