Method
  1. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Gently stir.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Anglers Classic is exquisite heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin and 10ml bitters with 10ml bitters orange as well as 10ml raspberry syrup including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently stir. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
