Layered with 30ml brandy blackcurrant and 35ml soda water with 35ml blackcurrant soda as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place the ice into glass then add shot of blackcurrant brandy and pour in the soda water. Layer in the blackcurrant soda and served in a highball glass cold.
