Ancient Amazake is revivifying watery cocktail with no alcohol. Built with 90ml amazake and 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add amazake to glass and sprinkle a little ginger powder on top and good with sea foods and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
