  1. Warm glass and red wine.
  2. Add liqueur to glass.
  3. Pour in the amaro.
  4. Stir in the red wine.
  5. Good with a doughnut.

Ampelos is moreish full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 30ml walnut liqueur noix de la saint jean and 30ml amaro lucano with 90ml wine rhubarb and served large chunks of meat. Just warm glass and red wine then add liqueur to glass and pour in the amaro. Stir in the red wine and good with a doughnut and served in a wine glass warm.
