American Pousse Cafe is skrumskakel full strength cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Built with 20ml maraschino liqueur bols and 20ml curacao vedrenne with 20ml chartreuse liqueur green as well as 20ml brandy saint felix and good with afternoon tea. Just pour maraschino into bottom pf glass then layer in the curacao and float the green chartreuse. Layer the brandy on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
