Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Enjoyable

Amer Picon - Picon is a caramel coloured flavoured bitter drunk as an aperitif it is made from a base of fresh oranges which are mixed with a solution of alcohol which is distilled.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Grenadine Giffard - Grenadine syrup with brilliant colour in vivid red. Highly flavoured with the red fruit with accented tastes of raspberries blackberry and a slight vanilla finish.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Amer Picon is enjoyable very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml amer picon and 20ml lime juice with 10ml grenadine giffard as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
