Method - Layered - Cold

In a tumbler glass add ice cubes.
Pour in the gold rum.
Add in the pinapple juice.
Sprinkle the spiced rum on top.
Garnish with wedge of lime.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Rum Spiced - Spiced rums obtain their flavors through the addition of spices and sometimes caramel and may or may not be aged.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lime - A lime is a hybrid citrus fruit which is typically round lime green 3 to 6 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles.

Amberamba is beguiling strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum gold amber and 15ml rum spiced with 55ml pineapple juice as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then pour in the gold rum and add in the pinapple juice. Sprinkle the spiced rum on top and garnish with wedge of lime and served in a highball glass cold.
