Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Served over ice.
Garnish with lemon peel.

Wine Rice Amazake - Amazake rice wine is a traditional sweet low alcohol drink made from fermented rice and can also be found in non alcohol versions.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Amazake Sour is piquant watered down cocktail at 0.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml wine rice amazake and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Served over ice and garnish with lemon peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
