Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Peppermint Liqueur Baitz - Baitz peppermint liqueur creme de menthe peppermint white liqueur aromatic mint light but quite definite a fresh pleasant fragrance. It is a complicated liqueur with a clean dry finish.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Amaretto Stinger is lovely robust cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml amaretto liqueur eros and 15ml peppermint liqueur baitz with 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
