Method - Shaken - Cold

Use ice cold glass.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Dry shake without ice.
Place ice into shaker.
Shake until foamy.
Strain into glass.

Amaretto amaretto is a sweet liqueur flavoured from benzaldehyde that provides the principal almond like flavour.

Shaken with 45ml amaretto and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just use ice cold glass then add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake without ice. Place ice into shaker and shake until foamy and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
