Alpine Climber is uisce beil mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml amaro sfumato and 30ml vodka ja baczewski monopolowa with 20ml grapefruit syrup as well as 170ml water hot and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add amaro into warm glass then pour i nthe vodka and add the hot water. Stir in the grapefruit syrup and served in a coffee glass warm.
