Alpen Rose is fortifying full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml vermouth dry cocchi and 30ml apricot liqueur with 15ml americano rosa cocchi as well as 10ml black pepper syrup including 100ml ice and best when a coffee is needed. Just place ice to cocktail bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into glass over ice and served in a saucer glass cold.
