Method - Poured - Cold

Place jam into bottom of glass.
Add scoop of ice cream to glass.
Pour over orange liqueur.
Add in the bear berry liqueur.
Sprinkle pecans on top.

Just place jam into bottom of glass then add scoop of ice cream to glass and pour over orange liqueur. Add in the bear berry liqueur and sprinkle pecans on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
