Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Pour ingredients over ice.
Top with orange juice.
Garnish with small melon balls.

Melon Liqueur - Melon flavor liqueur made with melons and sugar green in color.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Melon - A melon is any of various plants of the family Cucurbitaceae with sweet edible fleshy fruit. The word melon can refer to either the plant or specifically to the fruit.

Alligator is flavoursome weak cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml melon liqueur and 70ml orange juice with 190ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just pack ice into glass then pour ingredients over ice and top with orange juice and garnish with small melon balls and served in a highball glass cold.
