Method
  1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  2. Dry shake without ice.
  3. Add ice to shaker.
  4. Emulsify by shake well.
  5. Strain into glass.

Alize Bleu Flip is flavourful above average cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 45ml alize bleu liqueur and 15ml orange liqueur bardinet with 10ml lemon juice as well as 30ml egg including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and add ice to shaker. Emulsify by shake well and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
