Method
  1. Warm glass and consomme.
  2. Pour brandy into glass.
  3. Add in a splash of vinegar.
  4. Stir in the warm veg consomme.
  5. Serve with mushrrom pastry.

Stirred with 30ml brandy grape and 10ml vinegar malt with 110ml consomme vegetable and taken as nightcap before bedtime. Just warm glass and consomme then pour brandy into glass and add in a splash of vinegar. Stir in the warm veg consomme and serve with mushrrom pastry and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
