Method - Poured - Cold

Pour in the gin.
Add the apple cider.
Splash bitters on top.
Dress glass top with dried apple.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Apple Dried - Dried apple that are dehydrate or sun dried and has a a soft texture chewy texture.

Ali Pali Theatre is restoring average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin james and 120ml apple cider and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just pour in the gin then add the apple cider and splash bitters on top and dress glass top with dried apple and served in a flute glass cold.
