Alfonso is dainty very strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml gin pink gin lane 1751 and 15ml vermouth dry with 30ml orange liqueur triple sec baitz as well as 10ml vermouth sweet including 10ml bitters angostura also 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
