Method
  1. Add pulps to bottom of glass.
  2. Pour in lime juice.
  3. Top with ice cubes.
  4. Add rum and sugar syrup.
  5. Add sparkling white wine.
  6. Garnish with watermelon and cucumber.

Ajax Punch is scrumptious average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum light white and 60ml sparkling wine white with 10ml fassionola green syrup as well as 10ml lime juice including 30ml cucumber pulp also 30ml watermelon pulp together with 130ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add pulps to bottom of glass then pour in lime juice and top with ice cubes. Add rum and sugar syrup and add sparkling white wine and garnish with watermelon and cucumber and served in a goblet glass cold.
