Method - Layered - Warm

In a mixing glass add the hot water.
Stir in the mix spice and alow to steap.
Add in the gin as well.
Strain into glass.

Aizu is restoring quite strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml gin kyoto and 50ml water hot and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just in a mixing glass add the hot water then stir in the mix spice and alow to steap and add in the gin as well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass warm.
