Air Mail is enjoyable above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml rum light white and 10ml lime juice with 10ml honey light as well as 10ml water hot including 55ml sparkling wine white also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less sparkling white wine and shake well. Strain into glass and top with sparkling white wine and garnish with postage stamp on the side of glass and served in a flute glass cold.
