  1. Wam glass and consomme.
  2. Add brnady and port to glass.
  3. Stir in the chicken consomme.
  4. Add spoon for eating.

Aged Care is lovely weak cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml brandy and 15ml port wine with 120ml consomme chicken and good with afternoon tea. Just wam glass and consomme then add brnady and port to glass and stir in the chicken consomme and add spoon for eating and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
