Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Pour ingredients into shaker over ice.
Vigorously shake.
Pour everything into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Garnish top with mint and shavings.

African Mint is luscious medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml amarula cream and 15ml peppermint liqueur white bols with 55ml milk as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and garnish top with mint and shavings and served in a highball glass cold.
