Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Twist of lemon zest oil.

Affinity is succulent heavy cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky scotch glenmorangie signet and 15ml vermouth rosso with 15ml vermouth dry as well as 10ml bitters angostura including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and twist of lemon zest oil and served in a liqueur glass cold.
