Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add ouzo into glass.
Add orange juice.
Sprinkle in cinnamon syrup.
Pour in soda water.
Garnish with orange round.

Ouzo Metaxa - Metaxa is a Greek spirit with a blend of brandy and wine made from sun Savatiano Sultana and Black Corinth grape varieties.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Cinnamon Syrup - Syrup made from water sugar and cinnamon.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange - Orange is the fruit of the citrus species citrus.

Aegean Fizz is lecker standard cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml ouzo metaxa and 60ml orange juice with 10ml cinnamon syrup as well as 55ml soda water including 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into glass then add ouzo into glass and add orange juice. Sprinkle in cinnamon syrup and pour in soda water and garnish with orange round and served in a goblet glass cold.
