Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Strain into glass.

Shaken with 30ml tequila and 15ml vermouth with 15ml americano bianco as well as 30ml violet liqueur including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
