Coconut Cream

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Place all the ingredients into shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Fine strain into glass.
Pleasurable

Ube Cream Liqueur - Ube Cream Liqueur is made from sugar cane spirit and with the flavour of ube purple yam and look like a bright purple.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Acting Purple is pleasurable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml ube cream liqueur and 30ml rum coconut monymusk with 15ml coconut cream as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake to mix. Fine strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
