Method
  1. Add a little ice to shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.
  6. Lovely

Acker Bilk is lovely medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml chocolate liqueur brown and 15ml arrack dcsl with 10ml chocolate syrup as well as 60ml milk including 190ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just add a little ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
