Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Rest.
Shake again until foamy.
Strain into glass.

Acapulco is succulent strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml orange liqueur and 30ml rum light white with 20ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 10ml egg white also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Rest and shake again until foamy and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
