Shaken with 60ml soju and 30ml elderflower liqueur with 10ml bitters dandelion and burdock as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and garnish with a lemon twist and served in a saucer glass cold.
