Absinthe Minded Martini is divine full strength cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin and 15ml absinthe liqueur green fairy with 15ml orange liqueur as well as 15ml vermouth dry including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to mixing glass then add all ingredients and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with orange peel and served in a martini glass cold.
